Responsibilities:
  • Prepare costing of material to roll up in the system and annual cost analysis  
  • Prepare journal vouchers and ensure smooth and accurate management accounting closure within tight deadline
  • Provide financial support to the manufacturing operational team
  • Prepare yearly budget completion and prepare monthly roll-over forecast
  • Fixed assets budget coordinating and monitoring
  • Understand internal controls requirements and assist in compliance of Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 certification
  • Carry out cross-function testing to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
  • At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in manufacturing standard costing, auditing, budget plan, SOX compliance, etc
  • Preferably with SAP experience in current job or recent engagement
  • Assertive, self-motivated individual with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel/PowerPoint etc
