I could say mike everyone else than hitting the gym is great for your health that you should eat healthy and blablabla…   It's not the first time that you read this type of speech. It's tempting to read it again and again and then do nothing. I know it because I passed by this before you… There is a clear difference between knowing and doing . Everyone can claim that they know that hitting the gym will improve their live. Everyone. That's even common knowledge. Few can tell that hitting the gym improved their life. They made some mistakes. Even if they were at the gym, they did virtually no progress on many months. They spoke to their friend instead of lifting They watched videos instead of resting They didn’t even sweat They overeat Do the 4 above and you’ll never be healthier, even if you hit the gym 3 times per week.
