There is a clear difference between knowing and doing. Everyone can claim that they know that hitting the gym will improve their live. Everyone. That's even common knowledge.
Few can tell that hitting the gym improved their life. They made some mistakes. Even if they were at the gym, they did virtually no progress on many months.
