Job description

Assisting logistic coordinator for receiving and dispatching the deliveries within prescribed timeframe. Timely delivery of ‘On Call Orders' when Aircraft on Ground.
Receiving and dispatching the orders.
 Picking, packing and storing the goods in an appropriate manner.
 Knowledge of domestic import/export laws or regulations and custom clearance compliance.
 Liaising with different freight forwarders / vendors.
 Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
 Basic knowledge of logistics and hazardous materials handling.
 Excellent time management capabilities.
 Maintain & follow correct documentation procedures.
 Check inbound/outbound and breakdown deliveries.
 Reporting of damaged items
 Carry out housekeeping of workplace.
 Carry out routine checks on material handling equipment.
 Maintaining a high standard of health and safety.
 Maintaining personal hygiene and standard of cleanness.
 Establishes and maintain effective employee working relationship.
 Coordinating members of a work group to accomplish tasks.
