It's tempting to read it again and again and then do nothing. I know it because I passed by this before you… There is a clear difference between knowing and doing . Everyone can claim that they know that hitting the gym will improve their live. Everyone. That's even common knowledge. Few can tell that hitting the gym improved their life. They made some mistakes.
